Possess a Standard First Aid certification with CPR “B” or “C” from a recognized provider. Standard First Aid is the 2-day (16-hour) course.

Go through an application and interview process with team members.

Demonstrate ability to dedicate sufficient time to training and participation in events.

Demonstrate a maturity level sufficient to represent Scouts Canada and The Ottawa Paramedic Service in public.
